The new Delimitation Bill outlines a legal framework for making constituencies in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir if it returns to India, NDTV reported. The Bill says the Election Commission would act as Delimitation Commission for PoK if and when the current situation changes. As of now, 24 seats in J&K Assembly are reserved for these areas. Elections aren't held for these seats.
