NATO chief Mark Rutte urged members to either increase their defence spending targets, start learning Russian or move to New Zealand amid threats from Russia. Currently, two-thirds of NATO members spend 2% of their GDP on defence, which isn't enough for protection from Russia, Rutte alleged. Earlier, US President-elect Donald Trump floated the idea of boosting the spending to 5%.
