Bombay High Court ordered immediate release of 50 Indian seafarers stranded for nearly three months on three vessels detained over alleged illegal fuel transfers in Arabian Sea. The seafarers accused vessel owners of abandoning them, saying they survived on minimal food and water. HC criticised owners for treating crew worse than "pet animals", saying, "Your conduct doesn’t value human life."
