'Avengers: Endgame' only $39 mn behind 'Avatar', re-release pushes collection to $2.8 bn

Marvel Studios' re-release of 'Avengers: Endgame' has pushed its global collection to $2.885 billion, just $39 million behind the highest-grossing film of all time, 'Avatar'. The re-release added $86 million to its earnings, bringing Marvel Studios' total to $35.075 billion across its 38 Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) films. 'Avengers: Endgame Encore' has grossed ₹29.65 crore in India so far.
