American rapper Cardi B's ex-husband, Kiari Kendrell Cephus or Offset, was shot at in Florida. Offset was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. He is said to be in stable condition. The Offset was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital for urgent care. Police have detained two individuals so far, but the investigation is still underway.
