A man was fined ₹500 at Mumbai's Kalyan railway station after his platform ticket expired while waiting for a train running late by five hours. He had gone to drop his family but the train, scheduled to arrive at 12 pm, arrived at 5 pm. While abusing Railways over the rules, he asked, "Who will take responsibility for the delay?"
