The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notices to respondents, including ex-Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and ex-Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, on a plea filed by the Enforcement Directorate. The ED has sought removal of adverse remarks made by a trial court while discharging them in the excise policy case. The High Court will hear the matter on March 19.
