The Supreme Court on Thursday granted interim relief to Rani Kapur in the inheritance dispute over her son Sunjay Kapur’s ₹30,000-crore assets. SC put on hold the proposal to appoint two independent directors on the board of Raghuvanshi Investment, a key entity linked to the Rani Kapur Family Trust. The proposal could drown out Rani Kapur’s voice, the SC said.
