NMC bans AI-generated patient testimonials in medical ads

India's National Medical Commission has barred doctors and hospitals from using AI to create fake patient testimonials, clinical outcomes, or endorsements. New guidelines also prohibit 'best' or '100% success' claims, paid search ranking manipulation, and influencer-based patient acquisition.
