Biocon Limited announced on Friday that CEO and Managing Director Siddharth Mittal will step down from his role on March 31. The company appointed Shreehas Pradeep Tambe as his successor, effective April 1, for a five-year term. It also accepted the resignation of interim CFO Mukesh Kamath, with Kedar Narayan Upadhye set to take over from April 1.
