A blast occurred in Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Monday. "According to preliminary reports, a number of people were killed and injured in the explosion," Taliban Interior ‍Ministry spokesperson Abdul Mateen Qani told Reuters. The explosion reportedly occurred in Kabul's Shahr-e-Naw area, which is home ‌to foreigners and ⁠is considered to be one of the most secure areas ‌in Kabul.
