The Delhi High Court has issued fresh summons to BBC at its address in UK in a defamation case related to its banned documentary on PM Narendra Modi and the 2002 Gujarat riots, ANI reported. The broadcaster had not served the summons which were issued earlier. The two-part documentary, 'India: The Modi Question', was released by BBC last year.
