After Diljit Dosanjh's film 'Satluj' was taken down from ZEE5 two days after its release, I&B Ministry officials stated the movie was released without completing the required certification process for theatrical release, ANI reported. Officials alleged that the movie's release violated the provisions of the IT Rules, 2021. Makers didn't seek approval before the movie's release, officials added.
