PM Narendra Modi said Congress and its allies want to again remove BR Ambedkar's Constitution from J&K. "You must've seen it on TV...Congress and its allies created a ruckus in J&K Assembly to re-implement Article 370," PM Modi said at a poll rally in Maharashtra. "They want to snatch away reservations given to Dalits, Valmiki community," PM Modi added.
