Pune-based beauty parlour owner Manisha Waghmare served as a crucial link in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak. Waghmare reportedly used her beauty parlour’s customer base to find people who wanted NEET paper and connected them with the main accused, chemistry lecturer PV Kulkarni, and botany teacher Manisha Mandhare. Large sums of money were credited to her account before the exam.
