Shares of Signatureglobal rose around 1.5% to hit 52-week-high of ₹1,559.15 on Monday after the company recorded a 255% rise in pre-sales in April-June quarter (Q1). Signatureglobal's collections rose 102% to ₹1,210 crore, its best-ever collections since inception, while its net-debt reduced to ₹980 crore. The real estate developer's shares have risen 232.84% so far since their listing in 2023.
