Trump loses bid to move his hush money case to federal court

A federal judge again rejected US President Donald Trump's bid to move his New York hush money case involving adult actress Stormy Daniels to federal court. The New York jury had found Trump guilty of falsifying records to hide a $130,000 payment. "Paying hush ​money...or engaging in a cover-up of an embarrassment aren't subsumed in presidential immunity," the judge ruled.
