WPL 2027 to start on January 14, auction to be held in Kochi

The fifth edition of Women's Premier League (WPL) 2027 will be played from 14 January to 7 February 2027. The deadline for Player Retention, in which the five franchises will have opportunity to retain players from their existing squads, is 28 September 2026. The Player Auction will be held at the Grand Hyatt Kochi in Kerala on 28 October 2026.
