CJP called for protest in Mumbai against CEC Gyanesh Kumar over allegations of voter-roll manipulation. On choosing Mumbai, CJP's Abhijeet Dipke said, "BJP won only 9 of Maharashtra's 48 LS seats in 2024, but scenario changed completely in Assembly elections held six months later," when it emerged as single-largest party with 132 seats.
