103-yr-old Assam woman donates life savings to flood-hit families

A 103-year-old woman from Assam has donated her lifelong savings to 77 families affected by the recent floods in the state. She handed over ₹2,000 to each family in the Sivasagar district, which was the worst hit, from savings she had set aside over the years. The Deputy Commissioner, Mridul Yadav, accepted her donations and asked for her blessings.
