Document infrastructure platform Leegality has raised $5 million in its Series A funding round led by IIFL Fintech Fund and Mumbai Angels. The investors had invested an undisclosed amount in the company's pre-Series A funding round in 2021. The Gurugram-based company was founded in 2016 and allows Indian businesses to sign and manage their paperwork with customers and vendors.
