The United States Army identified the third pilot, who was onboard the Black Hawk helicopter that collided with an American Airlines passenger killing 67 people in Washington, as Captain Rebecca Lobach. She was an aviation officer since 2019 and hailed from Durham, North Carolina. "She was a bright star in all our lives," her family said.
