Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe said viral dictator memes have a "funny side" but criticised comparisons with people who caused immense suffering. "To be compared to people who murder others or have made millions of people unhappy...I don't think I've ever done anything like that," he said. He added the memes can show "a lack of political and human awareness".
