BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj accused Congress of trying to portray paper leaks as a post-2014 problem during debate on the anti-paper leak bill. "Congress and the opposition want to build a narrative that the issue of paper leaks arose only after 2014." She alleged that exam papers had to be cancelled 22 times after being leaked under the Congress-led UPA.
