After a man and his minor nephew were shot dead in Delhi's Shahdara area on Diwali night, police said the murder was planned 17 days ago. "There are previous cases against both the detained minor and the deceased Akash and his family," police added. The CCTV footage shows two men talking to the victims before the firing.
