Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary condoled the death of a labourer, who hailed from Bihar's Khagaria, after he was shot by a Delhi Police head constable. Samrat announced ex-gratia of ₹8 lakh, which includes ₹4 lakh from the Labour Resources Department, for his family. The man was shot after a dispute broke out over loud noise in a late-night party.
