Scientists discover 5,000-year-old man-made island in Scotland

Scientists found evidence of an artificial man-made island in Loch Bhorgastail in Scotland built during Late Neolithic age around 5,000 years ago. The finding indicates civilisations during Neolithic period were technologically advanced. The research published in 'Advances in Archaeological Practice' said the man-made island in Scotland is a circular wooden platform spanning around 75 feet.
