Ireland (85.93) ranked seventh while Switzerland (84.83), Luxembourg (84.14) and Portugal (83.71) ranked eighth, ninth and tenth. Eritrea (10.24) ranked 180th, preceded by North Korea (12.67), China (13.85) and Iran (17.45).
