I think I nicked the ball, technology saved me: Smith on DRS review vs B'desh

Australia batter Steve Smith admitted that technology saved him during DRS review for caught-behind in first Test against Bangladesh. When asked if he had nicked the ball, he said, "I think so." Smith added, "Normally [technology] is pretty good. Maybe I didn't nick it...but I certainly felt something. If I'd been given out, I was going to walk off."
