Elon Musk-owned Neuralink has shared a video showing a voluntary clinical trial participant using a brain chip to speak. The man, who seemed to be speech-impaired, said, "I love you," to his partner standing next to him. The woman was seen exclaiming in surprise as the chip interpreted the man's thoughts and used AI to speak them out loud.
