10-metre-long pit forms on ₹36,000-crore Ganga Expressway in UP 3 months after inauguration
A stretch of the ₹36,000-crore Ganga Expressway in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao developed subsidence over three months after its inauguration. A roughly 10-metre-long deep pit formed near kilometre 421 after rainwater washed away soil along the carriageway edge and damaged drainage channels, reports said. Repair work has begun at the site.
