Nearly 10 hours a day are spent staring at screens per user in South Africa, the highest of any recorded nation, according to data by telecommunications company Ooma. It's followed by Brazil, Philippines, Colombia, Argentina and Chile in the top 5. Chile, Russia, Malaysia, UAE, Thailand, Egypt, Indonesia, Mexico, Portugal, Bulgaria and Israel are some other countries on the list.
