Arunachal CM praises student's fire-safety system to secure homes

Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu on Monday praised a Class 9 student for innovating an automatic soil drop-fire safety system to help prevent fires caused by household fireplaces. The student, Rubu Daniel, has also recently secured 1st position in the State Science Seminar 2026. Khandu said the innovation could help make homes across Arunachal Pradesh safer.
