UK tribunal allows £306 mn Amazon price-fixing case to proceed

A UK tribunal found claims that Amazon charged higher prices 'plausible and credible,' allowing the £289 million–£306 million case to proceed. Complaints against Apple's own stores and other retailers were dropped due to insufficient evidence. Judge Kelyn Bacon ruled there was no proof those sales were affected by the same issues.
