Sonia Gandhi, Rahul challenge ED's PMLA case in Delhi HC

Sonia and Rahul Gandhi told Delhi High Court that ED's money laundering case against them is invalid, as it stems from BJP leader Subramanian Swamy's complain in 2013 and not a police FIR. They argued that PMLA doesn't recognise private complaints as valid grounds. The matter is next listed for October 12.
