Nearly 50,000 internship opportunities have been posted on the portal for the Prime Minister Internship Scheme so far, PTI reported. Maximum internship opportunities are reportedly in the oil, gas and energy sectors, followed by the travel and hospitality sectors. Selected candidates will receive ₹5,000 per month stipend for 12-month internships under the scheme.
