Y Combinator CEO spends up to ₹2 crore a year on tokens, lets AI read therapy notes

Y Combinator CEO Garry Tan said he spends up to $200,000 (around ₹2 crore) a year on AI tokens. Stating that AI agents help him run his life, Tan said, "It's read all of my email and all of my Dropbox...It's read...even my therapy notes going back 20 years." He added that AI agents also help him with coding tasks.
