What can residents do if RWA fails to provide adequate services?

Residents facing inadequate services such as garbage collection or lift maintenance should document the deficiencies and raise them in writing with the builder or RWA, Advocate Amitraj Kaushal said. If unresolved, they can approach RERA or a consumer forum, as applicable. However, poor maintenance does not automatically entitle residents to withhold maintenance charges, legal experts said.
