India-New Zealand FTA to take effect on Oct 20, Indian exports go duty-free

The India-New Zealand free trade agreement will come into force on October 20, Union Minister Piyush Goyal announced after both countries ratified the pact. India also secured duty-free access for 100% of its exports to New Zealand. This comes after PM Narendra Modi's visit to New Zealand in July, marking the first visit by an Indian PM in four decades.
