Video shows before-after visuals of Vande Bharat train, shows how people leave garbage on seats

Industrialist Harsh Goenka has shared a video highlighting poor civic sense among people by showing before and after visuals of a Vande Bharat Express train. The video showed clean train when the passengers boarded it. The staff were seen collecting garbage after the meal and despite that, people left wrappers on their seats and also shoved them in seat pockets.
