Ex-Flipkart CXOs approach Walmart seeking fair ESOP treatment: Report

Former Flipkart CXOs and senior executives have approached parent company Walmart's board over concerns about vested employee stock options, amid uncertainty over Flipkart's IPO. At least eight former executives have sought fair treatment for equity earned during their tenure, Moneycontrol reported. More than 30,000 current and former employees are awaiting ESOP buybacks worth around $4 billion.
