Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced the creation of an Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) in Haryana on Monday after a terror module involving doctors at Al-Falah University in Faridabad was busted last year. CM Saini allocated ₹35.5 crore for the ATS, which will be constituted under an officer of the rank of Inspector General of Police.
