India categorically rejected assertions made by the interim Government of Bangladesh on Sunday. "India has never allowed its territory to be used for activities inimical to the interests of the friendly people of Bangladesh," MEA said. This comes after the Bangladesh government summoned India's High Commissioner to Bangladesh over "incendiary statements" made by ex-Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina.
