What does the 1991 pact between India & Pakistan specify about naval ships?
As per an agreement in 1991, India and Pakistan have to give the other advance notice before military exercises near the border. Article 10 says, "The Naval ships and submarines belonging to the other country are not to come closer than three Nautical Miles (NMs) from each other to avoid any accident." A Pakistani ship collided with an Indian ship.
