SC refuses Azam Khan's bail plea in fresh ED case, asks Allahabad HC to hear matter

The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to entertain Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan's plea seeking bail in a fresh money laundering case registered by the Enforcement Directorate. It transferred Khan's plea to the Allahabad HC and urged its Chief Justice to post the matter for hearing on November 16 and pass interim orders on the same day.
