Joshna-Velavan reach semis, assure India of squash mixed doubles medal at Asiad

Joshna Chinappa and Velavan Senthilkumar assured India of a medal in squash mixed doubles by reaching the semi-finals at the Asian Games 2026 in Japan on Friday. The duo defeated the Philippines' David Pelino and Jemyca Aribado 11-3, 11-5 in the quarter-finals. They will face Hong Kong's Lee Ka Yi and Tang Ming Hong in the semi-finals on Saturday.
