UP announces 30 days' bonus for state employees ahead of Diwali

UP CM Yogi Adityanath approved 30 days' bonus for eligible state employees for financial year 2025-26 ahead of Diwali. It will cover non-gazetted state employees, eligible staff of educational institutions, local bodies and district panchayats, with 25% of the bonus paid in cash and 75% deposited in provident funds. Retired and soon-to-retire employees will receive the full amount in cash.
