CCPA delists 3,940 sellers for illegal explosives sale online

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) acted against seven online platforms for unauthorised listing of explosives, delisting 3,940 sellers. Penalties of ₹30 lakh were imposed on Dial4Trade and ExportersIndia. Platforms include IndiaMART, Justdial, and TradeIndia. The NCDRC dismissed Dial4Trade's appeal on October 9, upholding the action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
