UK MPs vote against new inquiry against Pakistani rape gangs

An attempt by the UK's opposition Conservative Party to set up a new national inquiry into the Pakistani rape gangs scandal has been voted down by 364 votes to 111 votes. The ruling Labour Party accused the opposition of "political game playing". Meanwhile, Conservative Party said the government risks fuelling accusations of a cover up by refusing an inquiry.
