Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has filed a criminal case against a Hyderabad-based aerospace components supplier for allegedly submitting 199 forged test reports linked to Tejas Mk-1A programme. Police have filed a case against the CEO of the firm over charges of cheating and forgery. The firm was required to submit original test reports for every consignment it supplied to HAL.
